We will convey property by quitclaim deed, unless otherwise specified on the property page. Upon completion of the transaction, we will create a draft deed based on your order and send it to you via DocuSign for final approval or to request changes to how the property is titled (e.g., adding your spouse, or titling the property in the name of an LLC). At this time, we will also pay any outstanding delinquent tax balances with the appropriate jurisdiction’s tax collector.
Deed is transferred and notarized 24-48 hours after payment has cleared and you have approved the draft deed. We will scan and email you the signed and notarized deed and then submit to appropriate clerk’s office to be recorded. The original, recorded deed will be mailed to you after it is recorded by the county.
